When does this fee apply?
- Late-night pack downs following evening events
- Early morning deliveries or setups before 7:00am
- Event timelines that require services to be performed outside normal business hours
Important to know:
- The After Hours Fee is charged once per booking, regardless of how many items are being handled during that time window.
- This fee covers the additional staffing and logistics required to safely operate during non-standard hours.
- It is in addition to standard delivery or installation charges. Our After-Hours Fee applies to any delivery, installation, or packdown services requested outside our standard operating hours of 7:00am – 10:00pm.
