Commercial Delivery – Per Booking

Our Commercial Delivery service ensures your event hire items arrive safely and on time, directly to your venue or setup location. All deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse in Burpengary (4505), with rates determined by the distance to your event.

What’s included:

  • Transport of all hired items from our warehouse to your event location
  • Careful handling and unloading of all items at your chosen drop-off point
  • Coordination with you or your venue to confirm delivery windows

Delivery Zones & Examples:

  • Within 20km (e.g. North Lakes, Narangba, Caboolture, Redcliffe)
  • Within 50km (e.g. Brisbane Inner City suburbs, Brisbane CBD, Bribie Island, Western suburbs)
  • Within 150km (e.g. Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba region)
  • 150km+ – Priced upon request for regional and interstate deliveries

Important to know:

  • Delivery charges cover a single trip to your venue. Collection after the event is charged separately or may be included as part of your pack down service.
  • Standard delivery hours are 7:00am – 10:00pm. Deliveries outside these hours may incur additional charges.
  • Someone must be available on-site to accept delivery. We do not require on-site signatures but will confirm arrival details and item drop-off locations directly.
  • Delivery does not include installation. Installation services are available separately and charged hourly.
