Designed for milestone birthdays, baby showers, weddings, corporate events, and premium celebrations across Brisbane and South East Queensland, this package delivers a polished, high-impact setup styled and installed by our experienced team.

This package includes a 2m arch backdrop, supplied in your chosen colour or printed design, styled to suit your event theme and aesthetic. Paired with this is a 2.5m signature balloon garland, professionally crafted and installed to create a full, luxe finish that photographs beautifully from every angle.

A medium cake plinth is included to anchor the setup and provide the perfect space for cakes, desserts, or feature items. The package also includes custom vinyl decals up to 100cm, allowing personalised wording such as names, ages, event titles, or branding. Optional garland fillers such as florals or themed elements can be incorporated to further enhance the overall look.

All colours, styling, and decal text are fully customised and included within the package, ensuring a cohesive and thoughtfully styled result.

Installation, Delivery & Add-Ons

This package includes professional installation and pack-down, so you can enjoy your event without the stress of setup or removal. Delivery is charged separately based on your event location — please refer to our Service Fees page for delivery pricing and details.

Additional styling elements such as cut-outs, feature props, plinths, signage, and themed décor can be added to this package at applicable hire rates, allowing the setup to be tailored even further to suit your event vision.
