🛠️ DIY or Professional Setup:

• This package can be collected and set up DIY, but please note:

  • The backdrop/balloon garland is large and requires a suitable vehicle for transport (minimum internal height clearance ~2m when assembled).

  • The backdrop does fold in half to approx. 1m high for return transport, making it easier to fit in standard vehicles after your event.

  • DIY setups may need additional equipment such as balloon clamps, adhesive hooks, sandbags or weights, and other basic install consumables (not included).

  • We strongly recommend opting for professional installation, which typically requires a minimum of 1 hour plus delivery. This ensures the best fit and finish for your venue.

  • Clients are welcome to return the backdrop to our warehouse at no additional charge as the most cost-effective option for pack-down.

  • Images shown in the preview may have additional elements included (IE: themed cutouts, additional floral arrangements, additional props, etc.) - Please see applicable pages for costings on these items.
